   Stay at 1 King End of Pontoon Water Cottage, a private and dreamy cottage with romantic décor and located at the end of a trestle.

   No additional upgrades or compensation for booking the highest room category.
2. Scenery: ★★★★★
   The hillside and the clear blue sea are in full view, while the white sand and pristine waters create a paradise.
3. Meals: ★★★★★
   Outstanding meals, including a rich barbecue buffet, an exciting traditional dance show and an unforgettable canoe breakfast experience.
4. Hotel environment: ★★★★★
   Quiet and cozy, luxury and warmth at the same time, like a second home.
5. Service: ★★★★☆
   Overall excellent, but some parts could be optimized:
   • Before you move in: ★★★★★
     It is quick to respond, provides detailed information for free travelers, and offers discounts on activities such as ship transfers.
   • In progress: ★★★★☆
     The staff was friendly and smiling, but there was a misunderstanding about the late check-out time, which shows that the communication between departments needs to be strengthened.
   • After staying：★★★★★☆☆☆
     Customer service was slow in responding to billing and point count issues. Thanks to the concierge's intervention, the issue was resolved properly.

Conclusion

Personally, I think the service related errors were isolated incidents and not normal. The price/performance ratio is very high compared to other luxury watering holes in Bora Bora. The stunning views, quality dining and relaxing atmosphere make this hotel a top choice and I look forward to the next visit when these hiccups have been rectified.
